Who says prisoners can't
enjoy a five-star meal? We finally got a
chance to
sample all the cooking that the "New Jersey Housewife",
Theresa Guidice has
been writing about. The kitchen
foremans let her have her day. She made
Italian meatloaf, rice, a vegetable stir fry/medley, and a tofu stirfry
with the
vegetables and tofu prepared just right. It is nice to get something different
in here, and she was loving the compliments from her meal. Her stay here is
almost over this month.
