Goodlatte's Bill is.....
by Rhonda Turpin
This week, Chairman Bob Goodlatte approved a bill that may reduce a few of the
sentences of convicts in prison.  The bill is NOT so good, in that, like its partner
bill that was passed last month in the Senate, it has many "exclusions".  I live in
this system, and see the drama daily.  I believe that like last year's drug bill that
was able to cut the sentences of many, this bill will help a few, but it will also leave
many behind that should be eligible.  Oh well, as long as somebody makes it out
of this oppressive situation- even one person- its a blessing- thats real.

2 High 4 The Price
   By Rhonda Turpin
Danbury Camp's public speaking group titled 2 High 4 The Price was critiqued
by administrative staff today.  Everything went well- we are approved to go out in
the community and make a different.  The skit of my life titled OUTLAW TO
WINNER, is part of our presentation.  This venue is preparing me for whatever
God has in store for me once released from prison- this I know for sure.

Prison Population Declines
For the first time in years, the federal prison population dropped under 200k
due to the recent releases under the ALL DRUGS MINUS TWO, which took from
13 months to 60 months off a drug offenders sentence.  This place is still
overcrowded.  This was a start, but what is next?  I wonder has the tide really
turned, and is the good faith only good as long as President Obama is at the
helm?  Food for thought.....

Today Is Not Yesterday....
Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015
Well.  It is always a bunch of drama at this Camp.  Today, Lt. Hernandez
was up here for a big bust.  One of the ladies, Samatha, with her crazy butt,
stuffed two packs of cigarettes and got caught stuffing them.  The officer
had her strip searched, and it was what it was.  This is what was weird about
it.  They came and got her, packed her property up, took her away (Lt.
Hernandez), and then twenty minutes later, she is back, unpacking her stuff
in her room, like nothing ever happened.  So...... what we KNOW now is that
the federal agents in the streets are not the only ones using "snitch bonds"-
Samatha is HOT as hell itself!!!

I am back!
Sorry I stayed away so long- well, so much drama inside these walls, where do I
start?  The love triangles?  The fights?  The snitching?  Or even Theresa/New
Jersey housewife trying to make a comback and doing it?  On Monday, I got
you- Danbury Federal Prison Camp is off the chain as usual- Peace!!!
