I listened to both compliments and criticism of Beyonce's new song,
Formation that she performed at the Superbowl. She has always been about a
woman's right to do it her way- listen to the lyrics of SUGAR MAMA, (telling him
to sit on her lap, and telling him he was so good, she wants to buy him a short set!),
and then in GET ME BODIED, she talks about walking in the club and getting her a
man, cause shes horney/ready- how non-traditional for women is that?! And her
GIRLS RULE THE WORLD- the people that are shocked are the ones who really never
got her music. Thanks Beyonce for not selling out like so many others that reach
the top.
