How does this document tie into the current prison system? The men that were against
this document created the U.S. Constitution in the same year. A few of these gentlemen
were determined to continue some type of slavery. ARTICLE II and III of the Constitution,
with lifetime appointments for Judges makes this so, along with Amendment XIII. My
new book, titled THE OBAMA PROCLAMATION describes to the reader the creation of the
platform for mass incarceration today.
