FBOP has many programs that they are not utilizing. When Eric Holder was
attorney general, he instructed them to start using them. Parole, The Family
Unification Project, where mothers with children under 8 would be on home
confinement, and compassionate release for the elderly are just a few of the
programs that are not being utilized. We need to hold our Congressmen/women
accountable for implementing these programs to really cut the prison population
by 50% in ten years. Action is necessary!
