The Koch Brothers have rebranded themselves- switching from a law and order platform
to "sanctions" such as ankle bracelets, and they have entered the ankle bracelet business.
Pay attention- ALEC, who always put bills out that promoted the oppression of people of
color has ALSO switched lanes to "community corrections". The Koch Brothers are billionaires
and also one of them is close friends with Trump. Why switch up? UNICORs are mostly
closed- they were a billion dollar corporation for the feds. Also, the CCA's (Community
Corrections of America/private prisons) where the Koch Brothers were prominent investors
LOST their government funding. The tide is shifting to rehabilitation, but not because
they give a damn about prisoners, it is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.
